- Free Features: Enable/disable refresh, set interval (minimum 1 second), quick presets, and "Target Current Tab" refresh while you browse other tabs.
- Pro Features: Text monitor, case-sensitive matching, desktop alert on match, pause on match, readable activity history with match snippets, jitter, pause after interaction, and stop after N refreshes.
- Pricing: One-time Pro unlock for $2.99 (no subscription).
- Current Update (v0.7.3): Notification now includes an "Open Tab" action and non-target hidden tabs no longer refresh.

Simple privacy rules for Auto Refresh activation and payments.
This is a plain-language summary of what is used to run the extension and Pro activation.
- Extension Settings (stored in Chrome sync storage): refresh interval, enabled state, Pro feature toggles, account email, and activation token.
- Activation Data (backend): paid entitlement email in KV, short-lived OTP record (hashed code + expiry), and verification attempts.
- Payment Processing: Stripe handles card and payment details; Utility Factory receives payment confirmation and metadata needed for entitlement.
- Monitor/History Data: monitor keyword and activity history (including matched snippet text) are stored locally in the browser extension storage for the user.
- Server Logs: Cloudflare request logs may include technical metadata for security and troubleshooting.
- No Selling of Personal Data: data is used only for extension function, payment verification, support, and abuse prevention.
- Retention: OTP entries expire automatically; entitlement records are kept while Pro access is active or required for support/account recovery.
- User Requests: for data access or deletion requests, contact support by email.
DUK - Activation and Features
- Why do I need email verification? It confirms ownership of the paid account email before Pro unlock.
- I paid but cannot activate. Use the same checkout email, request a new code, and check spam/junk folders.
- What if the code expires? Request a new verification code from the extension popup.
- Can I restore Pro on another device? Yes. Install extension, enter the paid email, and verify with a new code.
- How does "Target Current Tab" work? It pins refresh to one selected tab, so you can continue browsing other tabs while that target tab refreshes.
- Why did a hidden tab stop refreshing? In non-target mode, refresh runs only when that tab is visible. This reduces background refresh noise.
- How do alerts work now? Match alerts show a desktop notification with an "Open Tab" button that jumps to the matched tab.
- What does activity history include? Time, page URL, event type, and readable snippet around the matched text (Pro feature).
- Who should I contact if activation fails? Use the support email in the Contacts section with your checkout email and timestamp.
